Cancellation and Refunds
Finesse Camp will provide a refund, less the $200 deposit and $60 cancellation fee to those campers who submit cancellation notifications IN WRITING PRIOR TO JUNE 1, 2011.

Campers with cancellations protection must notify Finesse Camp in writing and will receive a refund less $200 deposit and $60 cost of cancellation protection for cancellations done after JUNE 1st, and up to one week before the first day of camp. ANY cancellations received after JUNE 1st from campers without cancellation protection will receive partial credit towards next year's camp. In both instances the campers balance must be paid in full. No cash or credit card refunds will be given to campers without cancellation protection for ANY reason regardless of the situation after JUNE 1st. Cancellations must be received in writing 72 hours prior to the start of camp.

Any campers who withdraw after camp begins will not receive ANY refund. NO Exceptions.

Rollover of Funds
Finesse Camp provides a unique and exclusive offer to camper's on closing day. You now have the opportunity to "rollover all of the remaining funds on your Finesse Camp card towards payment for camp in 2012. By doing so, you will receive the 2011 camp price, and a free specialty clinic of your choice. Day Campers and Extended Day Campers can rollover their Finesse Camp accounts to receive a free clinic and the 2011 camp price. If your rollover credit is less than $50, you can use cash or credit card at camp to bring you to $50 and receive all the benefits that signing up at the conclusion of this years camp has to offer. All balances must be brought to $200.00 by November 1, 2011 to secure any discounts.

Please Note:
To take advantage of the Rollover discount opportunity, a Rollover Form MUST be completed by the parent/guardian on the last day of camp and MUST be submitted BEFORE leaving camp. Forms will NOT be accepted after closing of the camp locations.

Final Payment and Purchase
Full payment on all balances is due by May 19th , 2011. Payment made after  May 19th are subject to a $50 late payment fee and must be paid using credit card or money order (checks are NOT accepted after May 15th).

RESTOCKING FEES
We reserve the right to charge a restocking for of up to $24.99 per item and additional fees may apply. We reserve the right to refuse to issue a credit for any item that has been damaged.

AUTO PRINTED NAME ON DEED
If a premium or delux package is purchased and the required name is not filled in the "DEED NAMES" field, we reserve the right to automatically print on the deed the "SHIPPING TO" name.

INCOMPLETE ORDERS
If you recieve an incomplete order, contact our Claims Department within 7 days of your package arriving. We reserve the right to refuse to issue a credit for any item that is past the designated claim notification time.

CONTINUED USE
We may change or revise these Terms of Use from time to time by updating this posting, so please visit this area each time you visit the web site to keep up to date with the current terms regarding your use of the web site.
