Important Finesse Camp Financial Info

Cancellation and Refunds
Finesse Camp will provide a refund, less the $200 deposit and $60 cancellation fee to those campers who submit cancellation notifications IN WRITING PRIOR TO JUNE 1, 2012.

Campers with cancellations protection must notify Finesse Camp in writing and will receive a refund less $200 deposit and $60 cost of cancellation protection for cancellations done after JUNE 1st. ANY cancellations received before JUNE 1st from campers without cancellation protection will receive partial credit towards next year's camp. In both instances the campers balance must be paid in full. No cash or credit card refunds will be given to campers without cancellation protection for ANY reason regardless of the situation after JUNE 20th. Cancellations must be received in writing 24 hours prior to the start of camp.

Any campers who withdraw after camp begins will not receive ANY refund. NO Exceptions.

Rollover of Funds
Finesse Camp provides a unique and exclusive offer to camper's on closing day. You now have the opportunity to "rollover" all of the remaining funds on your Finesse Camp card towards payment for camp in 2012. By doing so, you will receive the 2011 camp price, and a free specialty clinic of your choice. If your rollover credit is less than $50, you can use cash or credit card at camp to bring you to $50 and receive all the benefits that signing up at the conclusion of this years camp has to offer. All balances must be brought to $100.00 by November 1, 2011 to secure any discounts.

Please Note:
To take advantage of the Rollover discount opportunity, a Rollover Form MUST be completed by the parent/guardian on the last day of camp and MUST be submitted BEFORE leaving camp. Forms will NOT be accepted after closing of the camp locations.

Final Payment and Purchase
Full payment on all balances is due by May19th, 2012. Payment made after May19th are subject to a $50 late payment fee and must be paid using credit card or money order (checks are NOT accepted after May 19th).

Purchase and payments made at camp must be in the form of a credit card, money order, or cash. Please obtain and hold onto receipts given to you from any transactions made at camp in case any questions arise.

Finesse Camp Card Policy
EXTREMELY IMPORTANT!
Parents may elect to provide their camper with some spending money for the camp store and evening snacks without actually giving them cash. Finesse Camp allows parents to put money on a card that is much like a gift card. The campers use the funds in the same manner as a declining balance debit account. A Finesse Camp account card is recommended for the safety of your camper's spending money. The average is $75 to $200. You may deposit into your campers account prior to June19th by using a check (checks are NOT accepted after May 19th), money order or credit cards. There will be a $5 activation fee. You must deposit money on the Finesse Camp card prior to your son's camp to avoid long lines at registration. If your camper uses all the money in their account, you may deposit more fund via Visa, Master Card or Discover Card . Money left over on the Finesse Camp Card will NOT be refunded; however, it will be valid for one year in the Finesse Camp account and is good toward online camp store purchase and payment for the following summer camps. Group discounts are applied to your Finesse Camp Card after June 1st. Finesse Camp assumes no responsibility for Finesse Camp Cards and valuables lost at camp.

Please Note:Refunds are NOT provided for unused monies/balances on Finesse Camp Cards. ANY balance on card MUST be documented by the parents/guardians' completion of a Rollover Form or used towards purchase on www.FINESSEFOOTBALLCAMP.com; otherwise, the balance will be forfeited.
